By bank transfer only: once you choose a plan, you see the recipient, IBAN, amount and reference. In later months you transfer the same amount; a standing order is easiest.
You book a Zoom call right away (even the same day). We get to know each other, get access, and work starts the same or the next working day.
If you write within 14 days of payment, we refund only the unused part of the first month and end the plan, and the 3-month minimum does not apply. For example, if we did 1 h of work on Lite, we refund 55.20 €. If we cannot maintain your website, we refund everything.
The minimum term is 3 months, and after that you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
Yes, like all work. Routine website maintenance for a WordPress site takes about 1-1.5 h a month, and the report shows the exact time.
We keep working: an extra hour is 25 € (Lite) or 20 € (Pro, Max). A job longer than 2 h (Lite) or 5 h (Pro, Max) is estimated first and started only after you approve.
A new language version is a one-off payment: €149 for a one-page site, €249 for up to 5 pages, €390 for an online shop, and we agree the scope on the call. Translating texts for an existing language comes from plan hours.
No. Beribus is not VAT-registered, so the fixed price you see is the final amount, with nothing added.
