How long does it take to build a website?
Depends on the scope and on how quickly we receive the material we need (copy, photos, access). We agree on an exact timeline before starting the work.
Do you help with copywriting?
Yes. We can tidy up and expand your existing copy, or write it from scratch to match your services and tone.
Will the site work on phones?
Always. One website that works equally well on a phone, tablet and computer.
Will I be able to edit content myself?
Depending on the project, we can set up a simple admin panel for editing key content (e.g. prices or copy) without touching code. We discuss this need upfront.
What happens after launch?
We hand over access to the code, hosting and any other accounts. We agree to fix bugs caused by our own work free of charge for a period after launch - this is set out before we start.
Can you update a site I already have?
Yes - often that's even simpler than building from scratch, if you want to keep some of the existing content or search visibility.
